Welcome to the HEART Classic Basketball Tournament, hosted by the Yellow Heart Committee (YHC) in partnership with the Richmond Police Activities League (PAL). This two-day event, taking place March 29-30, 2025, honors the legacy of Orlando “OJ” Johnson, a beloved coach, mentor, and former RPD Detective.

The tournament aims to raise $200,000 to fund a mental health-focused community center in Richmond. This center will serve as a vital resource for at-risk youth, families, and trauma survivors, providing access to mental health resources, mindful sports camps, and community programming.
